
Marketing Coordinator
Homerun BrokersWe’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house team and help bring our brand to life across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually engaging marketing materials including social media content, digital brochures, event invitations, and presentations, while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Event Planning: Organise and execute real estate events, open houses, company celebrations, and networking activations—managing timelines, vendors, and logistics.
- Content Coordination: Write, edit, and proofread marketing texts for newsletters, blogs, property descriptions, and campaigns.
- CRM Management: Assist in maintaining and using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar) for campaign tracking, lead management, and client communications.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Organisation & Scheduling: Maintain content calendars, coordinate timelines, and support cross-departmental collaboration to keep marketing efforts running smoothly.
- Multitasking: Juggle multiple projects and priorities while keeping attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience or education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
- Strong writing and text editing skills (English required; Spanish a plus).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible and proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience with CRM programs is an advantage.
- Interest or experience in luxury real estate is a plus.
- Drivers license and car.
