Bernard Bashiri

Project Manager

Originally from Sweden, Bernard has been based in Marbella since 2018, bringing a deep understanding of the Costa del Sol’s real estate market and its international investors and buyers.

He began his career in Stockholm, where he led a sales and customer service company and co-founded a recruitment business serving the real estate and construction sectors. This entrepreneurial background gave him a strong foundation in business development, sales strategy and team management.

Bernard is a Certified Construction & Real Estate Project Manager and a Certified Property Manager. Since moving to Marbella, he has focused on real estate development, investment analysis and project management across luxury apartments and villas, co-living, short-term rentals and aparthotels. As Project Manager, he oversees projects from planning through delivery, combining commercial insight with a structured, results-driven approach.

At Homerun, his construction expertise and local market knowledge allow him to approach every project with confidence, from the initial vision through to a high-quality finish.
