Her longstanding passion for luxury real estate and architecture led her to permanently relocate to Marbella in 2024. Known for her perfectionism and meticulous attention to detail, Anna combines her ambitious spirit with a deep love for gastronomy and culture.
Holding a master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Anna excelled academically, securing straight A’s and receiving accolades for the best master thesis on sustainable urban development in Sweden in 2023. She has extensive experience in residential development in Stockholm, managing projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality while balancing her studies.
In her role, Anna is instrumental in implementing structured processes, documentation, and routines, driving sustainable growth and maintaining the highest quality standards within the company. Fluent in Swedish and English, and proficient in Spanish, she acts as the central node in project management, ensuring financial targets are met and maintaining transparent communication with investors. Anna’s leadership is pivotal in steering the company towards achieving its strategic objectives efficiently.
