With over seven years of experience as Marketing Director at one of Spain’s leading real estate marketing agencies, he now collaborates exclusively with top real estate agencies, property developers, and property portals across Spain, formulating strategies and providing expert advice.

The Netflix Effect
When asked if Netflix was a good idea for Homerun Brokers, Roger was unequivocal: “Definitely.” Netflix has been a transformative milestone for us at Homerun Brokers. Within just 2.5 months of airing, the series drove a 400% increase in inquiries, creating unparalleled global exposure for our brand. While the show generated diverse opinions—including some criticism—we see all feedback as valuable. As Roger noted, "We're in the conversation," and staying top of mind is critical in the competitive real estate market.
This partnership began when a Swedish production company approached us with a pilot for Netflix Nordic. The show, initially intended for Nordic audiences, expanded globally to 190 countries after Netflix LA recognized its potential. While the decision to film in Swedish made sense for the original market, we recognize the opportunity to reach a broader audience in future seasons by incorporating more English.
The process wasn’t without challenges. Filming required significant resources and temporarily disrupted operations. However, the results have been extraordinary, opening doors to new international markets. One standout example Roger shared was a family from Brazil who visited Marbella for the first time after seeing the show, further underscoring the series' impact.
A New Era for Homerun Brokers
Homerun Brokers has always been at the forefront of innovation. Over the past year, we’ve focused on evolving our operations while maintaining the client-first approach that defines our business. Roger explains that he joined us from Solvilla, bringing over a decade of experience to complement our creative and dynamic culture. His structured approach has helped shape what we now call “Homerun 2.0.”
In 2024, we took significant steps to improve our internal systems, ensuring we could scale effectively without compromising service quality. A prime example of this evolution is the launch of movingmarbella.com, our unbranded platform designed to enhance collaboration with agents and make our exclusive listings more accessible. This and other initiatives have helped us grow while maintaining our high standards.
Expansion into Mallorca
Our ambition doesn’t stop in Marbella. In 2024, we expanded to Mallorca, opening a new office in this competitive market. Roger explained that the Mallorca real estate scene is different, with agents less inclined to collaborate than in Marbella. Despite this, our approach has been well-received, as we bring our collaborative ethos to the island.
We’ve already seen significant synergy between the two locations, with clients who own homes in Marbella expressing interest in adding summer residences in Mallorca. By offering our services in both markets, we’re uniquely positioned to support clients wherever they choose to invest.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we head into 2025, the future looks bright for Homerun Brokers. Roger is optimistic about the market, pointing to factors such as stabilized interest rates, increasing consumer confidence, and pent-up demand. While competition among agencies is intensifying, we see this as an opportunity to continue leading the way.
Our focus remains on securing the best listings and delivering exceptional service. Roger has emphasized the importance of balancing growth with maintaining a personalized touch. We’re also strengthening our development arm, focusing on luxury villas and penthouses that cater to discerning clients while avoiding direct competition with larger developers.

The Netflix series has been a catalyst for growth, introducing Marbella to new global audiences and reinforcing our reputation as an innovative leader in luxury real estate. As Roger explained, the series has brought new clients who already feel connected to us through what they’ve seen on screen. This relationship-building sets us apart and enhances the quality of leads we receive.
Looking ahead, we’re committed to maintaining the core values that define Homerun Brokers: innovation, collaboration, and a deep sense of community with our clients and team. As Roger put it, “This journey has been a rollercoaster, but in the best way. And we’re just getting started.”

In 2024, we proudly opened our flagship office on Marbella’s prestigious Golden Mile, reflecting our growth and ambition. This state-of-the-art headquarters, located near the Marbella Club Hotel, was designed in collaboration with renowned Norwegian furniture brand Slettvoll, known for their high-quality bespoke furniture and Scandinavian design. The office layout is deliberately planned to enhance collaboration, featuring dedicated spaces for our sales team, marketing, development, and conference rooms, each crafted to inspire and facilitate productivity.
